Conditions of Use


All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. All prices listed on our website exclude exchange rate conversion, and any local taxes, tariffs or charges which may be charged on goods by local authorities for delivery outside of Australia.

We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.


Domestic – within Australia

Shipping to anywhere in Australia is calculated during the checkout procedure and will be display prior to completion of your order.

We are located in Huntly, VIC, Australia

Orders are generally dispatched 24 hours after placing your order.

  • Small parcels are sent via Australia Post
  • Large and irregular items are sent via Australia Post or Courier. If courier is to be used we contact you prior to despatch.

Estimated delivery times

  • Next Business Day: All parcels less than 3kgs being delivered to a Metropolitan area. Please note: this does not include oversized or awkward articles
  • 2-7 days: For all outer metro areas and Registered Post deliveries
    If you require any items more urgently, please contact us and we will try our best to help with your needs.

If an incorrect address is provided or a parcel was returned undeliverable, we will confirm address details with you before re-sending the items. Note an extra charge of $15.00 will apply.

Please contact us if you have not received your order within 7 working days from payment, so we can track down your item.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We understand that shopping online is different to being able to touch and feel the real thing in a store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will try our very best to provide a hassle-free return or exchange.

Customers can return their purchase for up to 7 days from the purchase date. We do not accept returns after 7 days from receipt of purchase.

  • Refunded or exchanged items must be in the same original condition received, undamaged, unused and in the original packaging
  • To arrange for an exchange or refund, please contact us at enquiries@thinklivestock.com.au. In the email, please include the invoice number, your full name, item description and reason for return
  • Please write the invoice number on the parcel, so we can identify your parcel upon receipt
  • When returning your item for exchange or refund, we strongly recommend using Express or Registered Post. We will not be held responsible for any lost parcel if you choose not to register your parcel
  • Once your return is received we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the financial institutions to process the transaction for it to post to your account.

We do not charge additional postage or handling fee for exchanges. You will need to arrange postage to send the items back to us. Upon receipt of the items, we will credit/exchange or refund the full amount, including the original shipping charges paid.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with a refund if the product is not received in its original packaging, undamaged and unused.

Note that there are no refunds or exchanges for sale items

Faulty items

All our items are carefully wrapped before sending to you. However if you receive any damaged or faulty items, please contact us within 14 days of purchase so we can replace the item(s) or refund the item value. Refer to the Refund and Exchange Policy for return details.

Out of stock items

If you are interested in purchasing an “out of stock” item, please contact us to place an order for you or add your details to our waiting list to notify you when the item becomes available. In the unlikely event that an item displayed becomes unavailable we will contact you within 48 hours to organize an alternative product, place the item on backorder for you or cancel the order.

Missing items

We carefully package and prepare all orders prior to dispatch. Please carefully check the contents of your parcel upon receipt to ensure all purchased items are included. If there is a missing item in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


ThinkLiveStock are committed to protecting our customers’ privacy by handling their personal information safely and carefully. We take reasonable steps to protect our customers’ personal information from misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure and will only use our customers’ details to process their orders with ThinkLiveStock. Our customers’ privacy will not be disclosed or sold to any third parties unless it is required by law.

ThinkLiveStock does not collect or record any customer credit card details provided when placing orders. Customers’ credit card details are processed by eGate, which is linked to our bank’s merchant account.
